Product Return And Change

How can I return a product which I have purchased?

If you want to return the products upon receipt of your order, you can call our call center (0850 222 1 800) or you can make a return request for your order you had placed by entering your account at arzum.com.tr within 14 workdays as of the date of receipt. Our call center staff will provide you with a confirmation code so that you can send the products free of charge. With this code, you can deliver the products through Yurtiçi Kargo free of charge.

While sending the products to us upon your conversation with our customer service representatives we would like to draw your kind attention to certain matters,

which are;

Upon our receipt of your product, it will be inspected by the respective units and afterwards approval will be given for return. This process takes about 2 to 5 workdays.

• The product(s) have to be delivered to us in its undamaged original packaging, brand new and undamaged due to any misuse.

• You strictly have to send the invoice of the product as well and have to fill in the return section overleaf.

• If the invoice of the product is issued to a corporation, the product has to be delivered together with a return invoice issued by the respective corporation as “Product Unit Price + VAT” without including the delivery fee. Order returns which their invoices have been issued to corporations will not b received unless a correct return invoice will be issued.


How can I change the product which I have purchased?

For any product changes the terms for product return shall be applicable. For your product which complies with these conditions, returns are received and therefore, e new order is created on your behalf for the product for which you make a change request.


How many days is the return period?

According to the “Right to Withdrawal without Justification” clause taking place in the Consumer Act, the return period is the first 14 workdays as of the date when you have received the product. In case of returns which you will made due to any defect caused by the product, you can return the product within thirty days as of the date when you have received the product.


How many days later will I receive the return payment upon the return process?

arzum.com.tr, controls the compliance of the products you have returned with the return conditions. If your return will be accepted and a money refund has been realized by us you will be notified in this respect by e-mail. The arrival period of the return payment at your bank account is defined by the bank any engagement by us is not possible.


What are the return conditions?

• The product(s) have to be delivered to us in its undamaged original packing, brand new and undamaged due to any misuse.

• The customer is obligated to return the product in the same state as received by the customer and to compensate any commercial loss of the product due to usage if the product has been used by the customer.

• Upon our receipt of your product, it will be inspected by the respective units and afterwards approval will be given for return. This process takes about 2 to 5 workdays.
