1 - Arzum products are guaranteed for 3 years if they are used according to the users guide and if they are not repaired by anyone else other than Arzum after sales services.
2 - All the products including all the apparatus are under Arzum guarantee (except the usage failures).
3 - If the product is broken in the guarantee period, the time spent in the after sales service is added to the guarantee period. The repair period is max. 30 working days. This period starts with delivery of the product to the service. With the absence of the service it starts with delivering it to the point of sales, the dealer, the agent, the producer or the exporter. If the product is not repaired within 15 days, the producer or the exporter is required to give another product with similar features to the customer until the broken one is fixed.
4 - If the product is broken because of the equipments, labors or montage failure within the guarantee period, it will be fixed without any labor charges, equipment cost or any no other charges.
5 - Within the guarantee period if the product is broken more than twice a year because of the same failure or more than four in a year because of different failures, or more than six in the whole guarantee period and if the non-usage becomes permanent or the time spent in the after sales service exceeds the repair period, the after service or with the absence of the service, the point of sales, the dealer, the agent, the producer or the exporter should compose an irreparable report. With this report the customer will be able to change his/her product for free, refund his/her money or have discount equivalent to the broken product.
6 - The failures of the products that are happened as a result of the usage which is not in accordance with the user’s manual are not covered by the guarantee.
7 - In the guarantee period, the after sales service has to do the periodical controls which are set up as a condition by the producer and the exporter, and should not ask for any money.
8 - The failures of the products that are happened as a result of voltage drop or rise, wrong electrical wiring or usage with different voltage from the one written on the label are not covered by the guarantee.
9 - The damages and the failures that are happened while transporting or carrying out after the product is delivered to the customer are not covered by the guarantee.
10 - The damages and the failures that are happened because of natural causes such as fire, lightning, flood etc. are not covered by the guarantee.
11 - The certificate of guarantee is not valid since it is not signed and sealed by the authorized dealer.
12 - For the problems that can be emerged about the certificate of guarantee, The Head Office of Consumer and Competition Protection in the Turkish Republic Ministry of Industry and Trade can be consulted.
